"If you pay for Tow Insurance as part of your premium- be sure to NEVER use it. It counts against you and you can be dropped. I am unable to renew my premium randomly due to being towed twice this year. No new accidents or tickets. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the month and a half notice. Happy Holidays from State Farm! Thanks Brittany Keyes!"

"I don't like giving negative reviews. This has been a very disappointing process. Signed up for insurance for my business. Was quoted a good rate. Then had a gentleman show up wandering around my yard after 6:00 p.m. on a Friday night to measure my property for my homeowners policy. Only problem is I didn't sign up for a homeowner's policy. Called and they said that they added it for the multi-line discount. Nobody should be adding things to my policy except me. I was told that the girl that did that was no longer employed there. They said we could keep the multi-line discount going with a temporary disability policy since I didn't need the homeowners. The amount my policy went up is insane..... And not at all what I was quoted. So now we're starting over again. I don't have time for this stuff. I just want honesty from my insurance agent."
